Lift.ED was founded by Dr. Lanise Block, an educational leadership strategist with more than 27 years of experience spanning K–12 leadership, instructional technology, higher education, and digital equity initiatives.
Her work includes district-level leadership in Minneapolis Public Schools, graduate teaching in educational technology and culturally responsive pedagogy, university partnerships, and the development of justice-centered AI implementation frameworks for educational systems.
